When do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and business checks. For large fleets, we can arrange invoicing.

What's included in the testing price?

Everything. The OBD scan, CARB documentation, digital records for your files, and immediate upload to CARB's system. No add-ons or extra charges.

Do you offer discounts for regular testing?

Yes! We offer loyalty discounts for repeat customers and can set up annual testing schedules at preferred rates. Contact us to discuss.

What if a vehicle fails the test?

If a vehicle fails, you receive a detailed diagnostic report. After repairs, we return for a retest at a discounted rate ($49 for single vehicles, $39 for fleet vehicles).
